Sandpiper Bay Club is a very well kept complex with Naples Harbor and Gulf access. The view from our lanai is of the green space preserve and main pool and provides for a nice quiet setting. The main pool is visible from the lanai and the smaller pool is located at the west end of our building. Shopping and restaurants are about a mile away and easily walked on a course enjoyed by many walkers throughout the day. Our unit is an end unit with stairs separating us from the neighbors which helps maintain a level of privacy. The lanai is finished with sliding storm glass opening to the preserve providing a nice breakfast/lunch setting. The laundry room is very spacious with room for storage. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shark tooth hunting tools and a few other beach related items. We are very close to 5th Ave, Tin City, and many other attractions. Season rates, Dec.-Mar. are currently $3500/mo. and Apr.-Nov. are $2900/mo. A 3 month lease, Jan.-Mar., will receive a $200/mo. discount. We start leasing with the month of Jan. alone or combined with Feb. then Mar. Multi month leases will be processed first.
