Stayed Jan 7, 2026Lovely home and neighborhood, very private back yard pool area. Loved that we had use of the garage with a garage opener, short drive to downtown Naples.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. We swam in the heated pool every day. The neighborhood is quiet and has many places to walk and ride bikes. Many restaurant options are in the area and getting to 5th Avenue or the beach was a short car ride.Stan was quick to get back to me when I had questions. We have already booked for next year!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Great location both of the villa within the Briarwood community and the location of the community itself for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas. Communication with the host was fast and Stan was really helpful. We are quite fussy with cleanliness - the villa was spotless. The pool was wonderful, large and with sun on it most of the day. It was lovely to sit and enjoy the view out from the back. We would look to rent again if staying in Naples.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024We loved everything about the home in Briarwood Community. Quiet, friendly, manicured landscape throughout, mature trees. Very safe and clean. The home was perfectly arranged for my family. Daughter husband and 18 month grandson on one side with own bathroom and privacy. Pool was perfect. Owner had all the amenities and extras we requested, from baby crib to beach chairs. Communication was always prompt. We would reserve this home again and again to visit Naples Florida!
