The first is an oversized master with a king size bed, office desk and expansive gulf views; the master also has a private deck overlooking the Gulf and a generous full master bathroom. The second room on this level includes a queen size bed, while the third has a bunk-room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk-beds - the latter two rooms share a full bathroom. brbrWatercolor comes equipped with the cooking and living essentials you'll need to enjoy your beach retreat, including dishware, cookware, washer/dryer, coffee maker, a Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal BBQ grill, WIFI, smart TVs in each room, beach gear, among others. Located in a family-friendly beach community, Watercolor is perfect for relaxing getaways. Please be conscious of the relatively quiet and family atmosphere—loud music, parties, or events are not permitted. This is, generally, a Saturday-to-Saturday rental during peak season (June & July); 3-night minimum the remainder of the year.
