The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are full size and new. You can prepare a regular meal and even have containers for left overs. There is a large stacked washer and dryer in the unit adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors that look out to the Gulf with an ensuite full bath with a spacious shower (no tub). The guest bedroom has two twin beds and also and ensuite bath with shower and doubles as a bathroom for any company.brThe unit has central air and heat (if ever needed), all tile flooring throughout, 3 flat screen TV's with cable and wifi. There are plenty of all linens, beach equipment to include 4 sand chairs, 6 beach towels, cooler, noodles and umbrella. brThe building offers a heated pool and jacuzzi by the pool. Tennis courts and open air parking. These amenities are included except parking which has a small fee of $50 per vehicle, a one time charge for the full stay, paid to Sea Winds at check in.brThe southern area of Marco location of the Sea Winds offers the convenience of an easy short walk to many attractions. ie. shopping, restaurants, movie theater, ice cream parlor, other beach front bars and restaurants, convenience store, marina and miniature golf. brMarco is very self contained, most everything you want, can be found on Marco. Walmart is just 7 miles north of Marco as well as Fresh Market, Aldi, Marshalls, Stein Mart and others. brClose to Marco is the Everglades for an airboat ride experience and Indian alligator wrestling. A visit to Everglades City and Chokoloskee for some history of the area is also a plus.brTo the north is the city of Naples with many attractions and history plus a Zoo, Theater productions and you shouldn't miss a trip down 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. There are various nature conservancies in the area to include Rookery Bay and Corkscrew Park.brThe closest airports to get to Marco are Ft Meyers (RSW) and Ft. Lauderdale (FLL). Miami is also a choice about 2+ hours away. The second bedroom has a very comfortable gel queen murphy bed. If you must work a little during your stay there is a built in desk with a printer in the second bedroom. There is a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. brbrGet ready to enjoy day at the beach with Tommy Bahama Beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach wagon. Admiralty House has the largest pool on the beach at 60 x 30 feet. It is a full-size pool that is great for swimming laps or just taking a dip. During the season there are are some morning water exercise classes. Lots of lounge chairs and tables around the pool area. There are two gas grills located in the pool area for your use.brbrAdmiralty House is walking distance to numerous restaurants including the Esplanade. It is just quick walk up the beach to the JW Marriott. If you walk to the north you will come to Tiger Tail Beach great for shelling and bird watching. brbrThe Admiralty House has on site security from 9 am to 5 pm. The unit has one assigned covered parking spot conveniently located in the second row closest to the building. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the beach and ocean. The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The condo was just completely remodeled and updated in October of 2019. A well furnished balcony allows views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. Provided is a beach cart, chairs and cooler. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town. brbrThis is a a very nice condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, and two single size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos.
