Large backyard and pool is absolutely private. Your only neighbors are to the west and they can't see you and you can't see them. Otherwise, your neighbors are the water and wildlife. The house has a 100' dock for fishing and will handle a 30' boat tied up. There is a paddleboard/kayak platform lift for guest use. There are no boat lifts available. The canal has easy access that leads to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of America. Unfortunately, no dogs allowed, even though we are dog people too!brbrWalk to the beach, or use our membership to the Cabana Club and their private beach. Over 200' of seawall with the pool set on the side of the home to take advantage of the views and the sunsets! The pier dock stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico and provides great dockage, if you don’t have a boat it is a great spot to fish or jump in and snorkel the shoreline. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.brbrDid I mention sunset You can see the sun drop into the water or have fabulous sunset color from the living areas, balconies, screen porch, pool, spa and dock! Take your pick of a different location each evening! The oversized pool with an elevated hot tub, the dock is just icing on the cake! brbr The home has two levels connected by either the interior elevator or outside stairs. The upper level is where you will find the main living area with a fabulous kitchen that any cook should love! It overlooks the dining and living area so every one can share conversation. The living room seating area offers great entertainment via the big screen TV. and the windows and sliding glass doors overlook the open water which is always entertaining! The screen porch off the kitchen has a built-in grill island and steps down to the pool deck.
