It is situated on the Vaca Cut channel in the gulf of Mexico and within minutes of a boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The dock area has all the amenities a fisherman is lookign for: a fish cleaning station, ice machine and shared bait freezer. There is ample parking directly under the unit. You can easily fit two vehicles and a boat trailer. Public boat launch is located 1/2 mile away. There is water access under the unit in the parking area.
