Gulfside Waterfront Luxe Estate w/private beach, pool, spa, boat dockage

The house was amazing. Six people in our party and we all had the best time. The pool area and dock is where we spent most of our days when we were not on our boat. Boat dockage was perfect and the house also has a place to park our trailer. We had manatees and nurse sharks visit us through out the week. Logan was awesome. He gave us his personal number if we needed anything.

Our family vacation stay in this property was absolutely perfect! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and we can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend this paradise for families looking to unwind and have fun! This property has it all!

This is probably our fifth trip to Marathon renting different homes every time we go. This is by far probably our favorite home that we stayed in. I check in process with seamless great communication with Logan in order to get us into the home on time. Also had some troubleshooting during our stay which she was very helpful to accommodate. Private gate entrance and exit was a big plus with small children. Easily accessible to local streets and convenience. The bikes were a little bit old and rusty, but he still had great use utilization of them. We also rented a bike for our son at a local location. Utilized all the amenities, including the kayaks and the beach. The pool game room was a fantastic place to escape in the evening when the kids were in bed.

Such a beautiful, spacious property. Very private yet close to everything! We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with its gorgeous pool, hot tub, waterfall feature and tons of seating in both sun and shade. We had many meals at the outdoor dining table. There is also a large ice machine in the bar area which was such a plus! Inside is also special with several seating areas, a large kitchen, two islands and plenty of seating. The garage space includes a pool table, more seating, a game table and two large washers and dryers. Truly a special home! We made so many wonderful memories during our stay! Highly recommend!

A great location and an extraordinary property. This isn’t a house, this is an estate. Fabulously large with all the amenities one could need and a view that none can compare.

My family and I recently stayed at Gulfside Retreat for a weeklong getaway to the Florida Keys. I cannot express how absolutely amazing our experience was. The property, management team, owner’s representative, housekeeping staff and grounds people deserve 10 stars! The property is beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. The house is comfortable and in pristine condition. The booking/check in process was seamless. The management team met us at the property to go over everything. We discovered after they left that they had stocked the fridge and pantry with more food and snacks than we could possibly ever consume. The house had everything we could ever need or want to have a relaxing vacation including: two washing machines/dryers, an ample supply of pool towels, a game room with pool table, multiple smart TV’s, great WiFi, multiple Keurig’s, a well equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, glasses, silverware, placemats etc. to prepare a gourmet restaurant worthy meal at home including two beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers on the tables! The property itself, has one of the nicest layouts of any property we have stayed at in almost 20 years of visiting the Florida Keys. The layout of the gated property located at the end of a quiet street with its pool, hot tub, waterfall, lagoon, outdoor seating areas, beach and boat docks made us feel like we were at an upscale private resort. The views were absolutely spectacular. We will definitely book again!
