It is clean, well equipped with everything you will need. There is plenty of space and the living area is plenty large enough for our family of five. I can say enough about how wonderful our stay was again this year. The owners and property managers are outstanding, professional hosts. Thank you for another holiday season filled with beautiful memories for our family.

Immediately, we were impressed with the upkeep and overall condition. The unit itself was an end unit that overlooked a beautiful channel. It was super clean and well finished. We couldn’t believe how large the unit actually is. The living space connected to the kitchen was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a long stay.. I can’t say enough about how nice this place is and what a great experience we had. Huge thanks to the owners and property management for an incredible stay. We will be back again!!!

This was home away from home...exactly what our family needed. It was perfect in every way: very clean, spacious and stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. The location was so great and central to all of the activities we did while there. Our 4 kids loved having a pool so close to the home. It was so great seeing them take time to enjoy each other and take in the beauty of Marathon and the Keys in general. In fact, they actually said it was their favorite vacation to date, even better than any of our Disney vacations. That speaks volumes! This was such an awesome time together...therapeutic in every sense of the word. All of the recommended activities and restaurants were spot on! Whether exploring Marathon by bike, spending an afternoon at Bahia Honda State Park/Beach, spending hours on the sand bar with the family (Marathon Mermaid boat charters), or exploring the surrounding Keys, the words, “I’m bored” were never uttered from anyone! We can’t say enough about this awesome vacation home and the incredible getaway it offers! We tried to fit in all of the recommendations, but one week was not enough time to enjoy it all. Having all three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and both single rooms having King size beds was a dream come true! The four kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room. This condo has all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The rental management was wonderful to work with and was prompt with any questions and/or concerns we had. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was everything we needed.

We enjoyed our vacation to the Keys. Ot was relaxing and pleasant. Listing is exactly as described and the host was very proactive and responsive. Marathon is centrally located and this property was great with the pool and tennis court access. We had to drive to everything but that worked for us. Overall and great place to stay!

The property was great! Owners were very prompt in responding whenever we had a question! Would definitely stay here again! Had all of the essentials!
