This exclusive Bonefish Yacht Club townhouse has two spacious balconies with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Bonefish Tower. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in the Coco Plum community in Marathon, Florida.



The Space:

Our Bonefish Yacht Club townhouse boasts two spacious balconies offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Bonefish Tower. This lovely townhouse is equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettablevacation, including a refreshing pool, tennis courts, and scenic vistas.



This three-level home provides covered parking and storage on the first level, the living area and a twin bedroom on the second level, and two master bedrooms on the third level.



Indoor Features:

- An open living area with a screened-in porch that overlooks the Yacht Harbor.

- A dining area with seating for 6.

- A spacious kitchen with bar seating for 5.

- A twin bedroom and a shared bathroom.

- A generous master suite with a private balcony, walk-in closet, double vanity, whirlpool tub, and a separate shower.

- A second king-sized master bedroom with a private bathroom.

- A convenient washer and dryer on the third floor.

- Parking space available for 2 vehicles.



The Yacht Club offers exquisite amenities, including a pool heated during the winter and chilled during the summer, a Tiki clubhouse, and a well-lit tennis court. Paved biking and jogging paths are conveniently located just outside the townhouse entrance. Situated only minutes away from Marathon's exceptional restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, and just an hour's drive from the vibrant city of Key West, this exclusive yacht club is the perfect destination to escape from it all.



The vicinity also boasts two public beaches and one state park. Coco Plum is a quick 2-minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes away, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in just 7 minutes from the home.



For guests bringing a boat, a boat slip is available for use from May to September for an additional fee of $100 per week, subject to board approval. Please inform us after booking if you plan to bring a boat, and we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete and submit to the dockmaster a month prior to your arrival. Please note that last-minute requests for a boat slip cannot be accommodated, as they require a few weeks for application approval.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

    Two couples and my spouse and I stayed in this condo for 10 days. It was as described and the 5 star reviews are well deserved.The condo was very clean on arrival and was very well stocked in the kitchen (spices, pans, tableware, etc) as well as bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, TP, etc).The kitchen appliances were very nice and we cooked several meals in the kitchen.We enjoyed the view from the 2 porches, we enjoyed walking around the marina, and we loved the clean and spacious pool area.We found the location to be great for taking quiet walks and Coco Plum Beach is only a 1/2 mile down the road. It is a very natural beauthiful beach.It is an easy drive to shops and restaurants.Really nice beach towels and chairs were supplied.The beds were all comfortable and we loved the ample and comfortable livingroom seating.We checked out other rentals that we had been considering on Marathon (in the same price range), and this was the best. It has very spacious parking, the community is spacious, and so is the condo. Others can be quite crowded and close.We highly recommend Bonefish Yacht Club 5D.

Fantastic views of the marina. The management company are attentive and professional. You are close to a good restaurant and fishing charters at Vaca Cut. We would highly recommend this property for a super family holiday.

    We stayed with three generations of our family (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and three kids) and found the condo comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a great week in the Keys. The location was an easy drive to everything on Marathon, but still tucked away and quiet. The pool was just a stone's throw away, which made it easy for us to spend some extra time there. Some highlights about the condo itself -- beds were very comfortable, plenty of games and TV's for downtime, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, tupperware, utensils, spices, etc. The reclining couches were fabulous, I spent most of my indoor time on the recliner. The second floor deck was enclosed, which was great for keeping away bugs. The car space under the unit made it very easy to park and get into and out of the house. We also liked the soaps, lotions, shampoos, body washes, etc. that were provided. All of the thought that went into making the condo a welcoming place, like a second home, was very much appreciated. Thank you!

    The only complaints that I have was the oven was not cleaned and smoked when we tried to heat up baked potatoes . Otherwise the property and unit was very nice. I am still awaiting my security deposit to be refunded after checking out almost 2 weeks ago.

    Friends from Virginia, Texas and Florida met for two weeks to visit and enjoy the Keys. Townhouse was very well furnished! Stairs were a bit challenging for us but we considered them a workout. Rental agency was very responsive to text questions and regarding A/C issues on last two days. They came right away to fix A/C. Pool is conveniently located across from townhome. Neighbors were very friendly!

There is plenty of room for a large family. The sofas are uncomfortable and need updating as does the mattress in the master suite. Only one key was available for 5 guests.
