The host welcomed us in person and showed us the complete property.He was very welcoming and helpful.The property was wonderful as were the surroundings.

Amazing house, location and amenities! Rented a jet ski and had it delivered to the house to enjoy all day with jet ski dock.

From start to finish this place is a paradise! Ken has amazing positive energy and his home is breathtaking. The pool, hot tub and jetskis are perfect. You will not regret your stay here 10 stars!!

This home was true to the description upon arrival. Ken was wonderful with communication and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The jet skis were so fun and provided a nice activity for the family when at the house. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and very much appreciated Ken's hospitality!

My husband and I come every year for our anniversary and then at least one or two more times that’s how much we love the keys Ken’s home was welcoming and he met us there to go over any questions we might have and show us around. His home is not only amazing, there are so many extras to enjoy; paddle boards/kayaks/jet skis/ game room/pool and hot tub. Our sister and brother in law were also with us this trip. We had THE best time! Ken is an amazing host and checked in on us to see how it was going and if we needed anything. We will definitely go back!amazing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s beautiful home. His home was clean and was in the perfect location on the water channel. Ken was attentive and fast-responding. One of the BEST features of the home was the jet skis. We had a great time exploring the channel and even caught up to some dolphins and manatees on the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to this home!

This was the best place I have ever rented and met all my expectations. The attention to detail and decorations throughout the property were amazing. It was one of those unique places that made you stop and look around to appreciate the atmosphere. The property came with all kinds of amenities including jet skis, weight room, pool, hot tub and even an ice maker. I had all kinds of room to park the boat. Ken was easy to contact and very receptive to help in any capacity. We had horrible weather but staying at Ken’s house really made the trip a success. I’ll look to book here every time I come.

Property was as advertised, great layout, nice common area kitchen/dining and living room upstairs (didn't use the downstairs suite - looked good with poot table). Beds were comfortable. Pool, hot tub, jet skis, plenty of room on the dock to tie up our rented '25 CC - plus ice machine and other toys (paddle boards, kayaks...). We really had fun. Nice neighborhood with big lots, super wide canal - and grocery shopping etc in Marathon is easy. No issues with neighbors making noise. All in all - we totally enjoyed our time at Ken's place and would certainly consider doing it again.

This place had it all!!! The house was very clean, lots of space, great kitchen, goodsize pool,hot tub, jet skies where amazing ect. We saw manatee and dolphins go by and lots of fish. Plenty of room to park our 29ft boat could definitely have auch larger boat of needed. Our host couldnt have been more accommodating. We will be back!!!!
