This is a lovely beachside residence. Everything was as described and the condo was very well appointed. Everything we could have need was there, a nice amount of towels, basic supplies such as soap and coffee, and all the dishes and utensils we would need. Communication was excellent! We would certainly stay here again.

We had a great time, the view was amazing and you thought of everything we needed from the furnishings to relaxing on the beach.

Overall, very clean. The area was very nice to stay in, with restaurants nearby. Just to let you know, the Keurig machine may need to be replaced. It only makes one cup size. Outside of that, I would recommend staying here.

Nice balcony view over the sea oats. Direct access to the beach is awesome. Everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Bed could be better quality and a bit firmer. Excellent communication with host. Parking was easy and right out front.

Thoroughly enjoyed our NYE/50th birthday get away. It was easy to book and access the property. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the listing. The access to the beach was easy and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was user friendly and met our simple needs. The parking was easy to access and had ample spaces. The host was responsive when needed. Grateful for the experience!

The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is steps to the beach unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. The vibe is fun with some quirky features such as the flamingo wallpaper in the foyer as soon as you walk in. It is tastefully done and we loved it!

Beautiful place! Owners gave us codes to everything we needed. They responded to every text. Not a problem being on 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife who have had ankles surgeries was able to go up and down stairs(slowly), but steady.Location is 2 minutes from beach. Would stay again when in Jacksonville!

There were construction workers on our baloney for two of the days of our stay. The owners made us aware of this shortly before our arrival. We also had issues getting the thermostat down. On our second to last day the technician came in, confirmed the air conditioner was not working properly because the breaker was tripped. We asked the owners for a day and a half refund of our 5 night stay and we were denied. *Understand that you will not get refunded if you file a complaint after checking out and if you do have an issue with the property during your stay, go directly through Vrbo. The owners did offer us a 10% voucher for our next stay, which in my opinion is not acceptable.

This was our first visit to Jacksonville Beach. We were in town for the golf tournament. The location is great. It was a very quiet area and easy access to a beautiful beach. Upon arrival, the unit was absolutely spotless. The decor is updated and stylish. The only thing that kept me from rating as 5 stars was that the linens are in desperate need of a refresh. Mismatched towels and very worn bed linens. I wished I had brought my own. Also, the info from the property manager states they have beach chairs. There were multiple chairs but only 1 that wasn’t broken.

Great location with direct ocean access and views. Condo was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is that it was poorly stocked. (0nly 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no kleenex and a shortage of a few other items)

This was a big treat for me. I always wanted to experience a place at the beach and I'm glad I picked this. So many other reviewers mentioned the sunrise, so I followed suit and started each morning with coffee on the porch. It was nice to stay a few days because one day was PERFECT for boogie boarding!

The property satisfied our expected lodging experience. The views and beach access were spot on. One thing we really think requires attention is the presence of musty air inside. We both suffer from asthma and had a bit of trouble during our stay due to the musty conditions. Also, which is out of anyone's control...it rained the entire week... :(

The place is really cute and has everything you need. Steps from the beach. Woke up every morning to watch the sunrise. The bed was comfortable which you don't always get with a rental. The check out was the easiest we have ever had. Not a huge list of things you are asked to do. Only thing is right now out front they are working on the road . So it muddy and sometimes we had to ask them to move their equipment so we could get out of the parking lot. But it had no effect on our stay just a mild inconvenience. We would definitely stay her again.its close to many restaurants and shopping .

I would like to see handycap bar in tub.Living quarters were clean and comfortable.Porch needed less sand in and around box.I would stay there again.

Adorable place. Perfect for a couple or small family. Be cognizant of the stairs. My only complaint was the lack of interior dead bolt or chain. I had to MacGyver some peace of mind.
