Cozy 1BR Beachfront Condo w/ Pool - Perfect for Couples

We loved everything about this rental. The location was great, and it was the perfect rental for a long weekend getaway!

We loved the location and loved how the unit was stocked with just about everything you need. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. It was great to have a week to wake up to the sun shining in the bedroom and not needing an alarm clock!

The condo was perfect and very comfortable. I was aware there was some construction going on, and I did question that before I booked. I was told said there was still some minor construction work which was incorrect. If you sat out on your deck, you either looked out at scaffolding, workers or a dumpster. The host was very kind to let me extend my stays and gave me a late check out time as I had an early appointment the Mayo Clinic. I would definitely book again, but would want to make sure there was no construction going on..

It was a nice condo

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We hope we can book it again the next time we travel to Jacksonville.

Our 2nd time staying and we love this place! Short walk to the ocean, lots of great restaurants and shops around! The bed is super comfy and it's just perfect for us. We love also having the pool if we aren't wanting to get all dandy! We will be back!

Scary neighbor hood

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and organized. Checking in and out was very easy. The location was very convenient...near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great location and access to beach, pool and park. Area was surprisingly quiet (a good thing!) for summertime—given we typically have gone to Myrtle Beach. Things we’d prefer: greater ease of parking (SUV) and more substantial mattress. Charming little place and pleased to “meet” Jax Beach!

The property was nice. We thought the room was ocean view but there was limited siting of the ocean. The mattress was not comfortable and seemed very used. Some of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The laundry room was nice to have on the property.

Condo was perfectly sized for a quick getaway to the beach! Would book again.

This spot was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location near the beach and the layout and space were just what was advertised. It was nearby the places we got together with family. Easy to find, clean, well appointed. It was our first attempt at a VRBO reservation and we now hope to use one again in the future.

Cute 1-bedroom condo just steps from the beach. Quiet area but walkable to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t be happier with the communication with the rental manager!

My husband used the place to heal after a medical procedure. While he was a little surprised by how small the place was, he said it was cute and sufficient for his needs. He wanted to be walkable to the beach. His only criticism was that it wasn’t the cleanest of places, but it served its purpose. Thank you!

This condo was great ! Cute ,very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Steps to the beach. I enjoyed the little patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean had everything we needed to cook meals after a long day of skiing

Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen (in terms of pots/pans/ utensils and dinner ware. We we MOST impressed by the quick response by the host. We needed a heavier blanket and they brought it within a few hours! The shower pressure was good. The bed was king sized, comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows! The location was perfect for the price - just a short walk to the beach. There is a dog park next door where lots of locals go in the morning. Really, a perfect home base for the holidays as we were gone through the day and the. Cooked fresh seafood in the evenings! Cheers to 2025 and many returns to the beachcomber!

Great access to the beach and the park. Not set up for long term rental or elderly Stairs need some upkeep.

Third time in this spot and really enjoy the one flight of steps to the condo, pool location and beach access. Very comfortable! The downside was the limit on the bath towels for a week stay......not good. Pool area needs some TLC, finally cut the grass during our stay as it was overgrown.

We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back. Everything was so convenient and layed back. Condo was stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable Beach trip.

It was a wonderful space on the beach - only wish we could have watched the sun rise - close to the things we wanted to be near to - great pool.

Best part of our stay was the location. The management company was also very responsive to our requests. The unit itself is in dire need of a refresh. Previous guests have stated the poor condition of the flooring and rugs; that has not changed. For the rental fees they charge, I would expect better flooring, cleaner kitchen carpet, cleaner furniture and a bottom sheet on the bed that actually was large enough. If you’re staying here more than a few days, bring along a fitted king sheet for the bed. Would not stay here again.
