I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask. brThis is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dog, Chica. brI will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. It is too bad that this happened because I love dogs all sizes, but I can't risk this happening again.

This house is one unit in a quadplex.brbrLocation location location! br8 blocks from the ocean.br10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.br15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.brbrThis is an upstairs unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.brbrThere is a key code to enter the unit.brbrI live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.brbrThe house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.brbrDriving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles. brbrYou can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).brbrThe unit is an upstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Our 1950`s cabana home has been designed to give you all of the comforts and amenities for your Beach Stay. Within walking distance to the pier, shops, restaurants, breweries & more! The home is simple and *not*updated - just full of 1950`s flare! We think you`ll love the beach amenities (chairs, cooler, wagon, etc.), firepit out back, inflatable hot tub, and retro charm. Although she isn`t fancy, we think she`ll have everything you need and promise a clean and comfortable experience!brbrIf you are looking for a simple `No Frills` home in a STELLAR location with tons of amenities, you have found it! The home was built in the 1950s and we have kept a lot of original beach bungalow charm just for you! You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a kitchen stocked with everything you could need to cook great meals and a grill out back for some beach barbecues! We have an inflatable hot tub available for guest use. You also find a flex room with games and Beach amenities as well as a small sofa that pulls out to a twin sleeper. The garage has been converted into a game room for family fun nights :)brbrWe provide 4 beach bicycles for guests to use (with locks). We can provide contact information for other bicycle rental companies close by if you need more than that, as well as contact information for golf cart rentals that can be dropped off and picked up at the property.brbrThe backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends as well.brbrWe live close by and are available when needed. We love meeting guest from all corners of the world!brbrOne of the best thing best thing about the house is its location! If you walk out the front door into the corner of the street you can look straight out to see the Jacksonville Beach Pier! You`re with walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, a couple of breweries, and tends to do! This is a residential neighborhood and you will find yourself feeling right at home in our classic beach abode.brbrPlease note that the home is stocked with all necessities needed on your trip and more (games, beach towels, bikes, inflatable hot tub, etc.) - comfortable beds - and will be sparkling clean HOWEVER this is a simple 1950`s bungalow. As noted, the bathrooms are original (we think it`s charming!) and we have embraced the homes age. if you are looking for fancy, this might not be the best fit for you, but if you want an authentic Beach experience that we promise we`ll that we promise we`ll meet all of your needs then we`ll love to have you!brWe simply ask that you treat our home like it was yours. No parties/events (only the number of guest included in the reservation allowed at the property). No smoking indoors. If bringing pets, limited to 2 dogsbrbrPOOL: It is VERY important that you rinse sand prior to entering the cowboy pool. Don`t worry, we`ve got a hose right there for you! No furry friends allowed in the pool - sorry! Failure to comply with these rules will result in an additional cleaning fee.
