Five miles from Mayo Clinic and nine blocks from the ocean. Quiet and cozy.

I must say that this was one of my most absolute favorite place to stay. It was everything that me and my husband was looking for, we wanted somewhere quiet so that we could enjoy my birthday ? with no hassle and plenty of privacy and that's exactly what Cody gave us. She is the sweetest person that you would ever want to meet. We will definitely be back to visit her gorgeous home. Thanks Cody for making my birthday wknd so special.

It's very private as well. It feels like your own resort suite.I couldn't have been happier with my choice of property and owner in all respects. Having stayed here for two weeks, I did not want to return home!1000% recommend. You will not be disappointed! Ask her any questions about her listing and she will answer promptly!

We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody.

Loved the space, cute and cozy. Owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating.Close to shopping and beaches. Only draw back is small fridge and no stove.

Cody was very personable and there if we needed anything. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Neptune Beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Cody was a great host. We are in Jacksonville as Mayo patients quite often and decided to make this shorter stay in a place off the beach. Great decision as we relaxed by the pool like no other trip. The place is older but VERY clean. The pool area was so much fun. We will be back!

Cody is an outstanding host. Easy to get along with. Makes sure you have everything you need. Her dog Chica and our dog were instant friends. We were there to go to the Mayo Clinic and Cody even let our dog stay with her and Chica. Perfect for us.
