Stayed Mar 29, 2025We enjoyed our stay and the house worked well for two families with teens (8 people total). Although on a busy street, we had privacy in the backyard and it was quiet. It is centrally located to Jacksonville and the beaches. We did notice some things in the house that would be good for the owner or mgmt group to update including: terrible water pressure in master bath shower, securing toilets in both bathrooms to the floor, fixing doors that don't lock, fixing the plaster wall in the entry area, fixing silverware drawer, replacing lounge chair cushions and making sure grill and fire have propane (both tanks were empty). The pool was chilly but nice when the weather was warmer. Overall a good rating but just needs some attention to repairs and upkeep. We

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The house was lovely and the pool was private and delightful. Got a chance to meet the owner and he gave excellent recommendations for meals. We plan on coming back and stay again. If could give higher than five star I would. Not notch!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024If you're looking for a family friendly home blocks from the beach then book this NOW!!! The pool area was to die for, hammock, lounge chairs, cornhole, horseshoes, and so much more. Clean, well stocked for any need that may arise. The bicycles were the best part and made for such a beautiful ride to the beach right down the street. Safe neighborhood and plenty of parking in the driveway. Will definitely be booking again this summer!!!
