Pool, Spa, Golf Simulator | Walk to Beach

This amazing home is even better than advertised. It's only a 7 minute leisurely walk to the beach. The golf simulator was a big hit with the golfers in our family. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Every room in the house was just perfect.

We had a group of 8 women staying at the house for a birthday celebration. This house was perfect for us! The pool, the hot tub, and the putting green. We also loved the fact that it is all on one floor. We had easy access to the beach and it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking for 4 cars. We had one small issue with the hot tub but it was resolved promptly. When we leave a rental I always try to send a list of maintenance issues just so they are aware and I had nothing to report on this rental! Kitchen was well stocked also. I would definitely recommend this rental

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend with our grown daughters and some of our life long friends. We had some beach time, lots of pool/spa time, golf simulator time and then a fabulous round at Sawgrass. The house accommodated two small children, a small dog and plenty of overworked professionals. Everyone had a fabulous time! The running joke over the weekend was that every item in the house seemed to be brand new! Very responsive team at Welcome Home, even late into the evening when there was user error on the golf simulator. Another trip is already in the works.

This place is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush. It’s so comfortable and cozy that you will forget about where you live and not want to leave. We almost went to the post office and changed our address. So be careful and enjoy!

This is a beautiful home that feels like you are staying in someone’s private beach house and not a rough around the edges rental with cheap or old furniture. The agent for the rental company, Welcome Home carefully listened to my must haves and then made suggestions knowing all of their properties well. I chose Beach Please for its proximity to the beach, a short 3 blovk walk. The beach here is all residential use so was not crowded. However there are no life guards. A beautiful beach. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We cooked the majority of our meals in. Dining room is pretty, seats 8 and away from the mess of the kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious and bed are comfortable. The living room area has comfortable couches, has a large flat screen TV and a good selection of games. The outdoor area is the best part of the home. The pool and patio are covered by a large screened in area. The pool is large enough to enjoy swimming in it and hot tub feels great. The puttting green was like having a mini golf course in your backyard. There are four holes and they are each banked differently. Fun for all. The yard is well cared for. In the garage we discovered 8 folding beach chairs that looked almost new. A wagon and rolling cooler were also supplied. I felt like the pictures online made this house look awkward and uninviting but the layout flowed well and we all felt at home from the minute we hosted our dear friends from high school and their daughter and her fiancée for dinner on Wednesday to a last minute swim on Sunday before heading to the airport. You will not regret renting this beautiful home.

The set up of this property and the quality of the home and amenities were top-notch. The location in proximity to the beach and all the great restaurants and things to do in the area were on point.

This house is amazing. Very clean, tons of room, super close to beach (less than 3 min walk). Had all the items needed for the beach, pool, etc. Golf simulator is a nice touch as well just plan to put a big hold to use it but as long as you take care of it you ge back. Host was very responsive. Would do again in a heartbeat.

This was our best VRBO stay ever. The house was amazing, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and beautiful. The management company took care of every detail and responded immediately to any issue we had. They were wonderful to work with. The beach was a short walk away, and even though our stay didn’t have the best weather, we had the best trip because of this amazing house we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The adults loved the golf sim and the kids loved the warm pool and yard space (putting green). Very short walk to the beach and tons to do around the area.

The property is amazing. Short walk to the beach and in close proximity to everything you need. The rooms are spread out throughout the home and the pool and spa are a great entertainment option. Plenty to do and all around a great experience with plenty of space.

Everything was great other than the expectation of using the golf simulator that is advertised with the main header of the property, on arrival we were told there was a 5000 dollar deposit to use machine, they reduced it to 2500 because they did not inform us of such. We looked at the listing which owners stated had a clause written stating that but we could not find this. We were totally satisfied with our stay but think the golf simulator should not be advertised to entice a renter if it is not available to use, sorry to me that’s breach of contract.Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

From start to finish this house was great and the host was the best host ever experienced.

This was by far the nicest, cleanest, most accomodating vacation home that we have stayed in. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, the location is perfect. They really thought of everything here. The golf simulator and the putting green in the back yard make for an enjoyable time while the jacuzzi and pool make it easy to relax. Will definitely be staying here again.
