Stayed Oct 31, 2025No A/C the whole stay as the unit above you takes priority. The host had pool parties both nights which is conveniently located right in your backyard- blasting music with people shouting until 3am our first night, and until 12:30 our 2nd night. Couldn’t sleep since the windows had to be open from no A/C. Keep in mind we were here for a family funeral… Host also has a loud dog that barks like crazy nexdoor when they’re not home which lasted until 11pm.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The VRBO was perfect for what we needed—it was comfortable, conveniently located, and made our stay in Jacksonville Beach a breeze. Being close to local restaurants and easily accessible from the main roads made getting around simple and stress-free. We had a great time all around, especially while enjoying the excitement of the Players Championship.
