Waterfront Barefoot Beach Condo, 1st Floor, WiFi, and Patio

I operate 12 short term rentals and this property exceeded all expectations I had. Loved waking up to go fishing, watching dolphins on the porch, riding bikes, cooking, walking to the beach, and most importantly enjoying precious time with my family. This condo is amazing! Pictures do not do justice! It's much bigger than I thought it would be and completely stocked! Loved all the extras for the beach! Owner is amazing at communicating. This will be our Florida Go To! I'm scared I would be disappointed if I stayed somewhere else.

The patio and view was fabulous. Lots of little extras to make a family beach getaway memorable. The host has the condo well organized and labeled. You can find everything easily. Thanks for a fun getaway.

We always enjoy staying here ! We usually book our return trip while we are there ! The amenities are awesome, everything is provided for a great beach trip.

This was a lovely place that was quite clean and well-maintained. The location was great - right on the waterway in the back and just a few minutes walk to the nice beach. The only problem was that the listing originally said sleeps 7 but the love seat was not a sleeper so it only slept 6. This was apparently due to the original love seat having suffered hurricane damage. However, I see now that the

We love Indian Shores and Barefoot Beach! We love the unit we stay in . It’s super clean, updated , and beautiful. The host is awesome and great to work with . We do not even consider staying anywhere else.

We had a fantastic week on the coast. Ocean swims, pool swims, dolphin watching from the patio. Plus lots of relaxation. Bruce has his property well organized and labeled as to where everything is. He has everything you could ask for and more.

This property is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for the week. The area is very nice and if you like fishing it’s right out the back door. The owner was very nice and if you need anything he was willing to help. This place is a great find and we will definitely be back next year.

This was our second time staying in a VRBO at Indian Shores. This condo was clean, beautiful, updated and had a beautiful view of the waterway. We will definitely be back!

We come to this condo every summer. We have an amazing time fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, playing cards and enjoying the beach. Bruce is always such a wonderful host. We had a question about the new fridge and he answered right away. Very attentive! The condo is clean and we absolutely love all the recent upgrades! Already looking forward to next year!
