The area is great as long as your not looking for high rises

The beachfront location was super convenient being within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the balconies, pool and being just steps from the beach. There are paddle boards, bikes, beach and pool toys available as well. The whole house has an elevated style and was perfect for ourselves and our adult children and grandchild with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The 5th bedroom with bunkbeds is actually more of a bonus room semi attached to the other bedroom, but that worked well for us. The kitchen had an ice maker, big refrigerator, wine fridge and 2 dishwashers. Management left clear directions and reached out to check on us to make sure we were happy. We had a great vacation at the property and would visit again.

Beautiful house. Sleeping accommodations weren’t enough for 10 adults. Bunk bed room was more for kids. The Queen sized beds were quite small. However there was a lot of spacein the house and the pool and beach location was awesome.

We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out and have some time to yourself if needed. The house was literally on the beach! The pictures make it look like a little bit of a walk, but it was steps to the sand. If there was anything I could say negative, it would be that the master bath could use a makeover, but just minor. The week was great and we would definitely stay here again!

The whole family had fun, the grandkids kept discovering new rooms! Finally, amazing balconies and amazing sunsets.

Completely as advertised. Property is gorgeous and steps from the gulf. We appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and ample space in the entire home. All beds were extremely comfortable, and loved the en suite bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms. Plenty of dishes and utensils, as well as a wine/beer fridge separate from the main refrigerator. Ocean views from master as well as 2nd floor main living space. Pool and hottub were spotless. Many restaurants within walking distance, including a coffee shop across the street. Plenty of bikes and pool toys as well. Property mgmt office across the street provided friendly & extremely easy check-in. We will definitely look to rent here again, and hopefully will catch better weather next time, which was our only complaint. One note: remember to bring cone filters for coffee pot...plenty of basket filters left from other guests, including ourselves :)

We had a great time at Mermaid's Lair. Everything we needed was under one roof: great kitchen, beds were comfortable, heated pool and hot tub. Sunny areas, shady areas and the beach was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and we wanted for nothing at the house. We would stay again!

Pool outside the door. We have 6 adults (3 couples) and 4 children under 6. There’s plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. Plenty of space to cook in or out. Fully stocked home

It is a bonus to have beach chairs and toys provided with the house. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate in every night, enjoying the amazing sunsets and views from the house. Being July, it was very hot so the pool was very welcome and being right on the beach meant we could set up on the beach early in the morning and go back to the house for the air conditioning later in the day, before returning to the beach mid afternoon. Our only suggestion is to close up the fabric concertina door between the king room and the bunkroom for more privacy.Seaside Property Shoppe were quick to address one or two issues that came up during our stay. We have reserved our week for 2025 already! This house will not disappoint!

The house is very well maintained and comes with everything you need and even things you didn’t think of! They had board games, pool toys/floaties, pack N plays, etc. We will definitely be back!
