Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The building was quiet and had direct access to the pool and beach. We appreciated all the good local restaurants nearby. The beach was clean and uncrowded. Our view from the balcony was lovely. The air conditioning was not working at check in, but the management company did an excellent job getting someone out right away and resolving the issue. What could have been bad ended up being no big deal because of the professionalism of the management company. I forgot an important item when checking out and the management company again stepped right up to find the item and ship it to me. Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Well done! I'd rent from them again.

The only thing that needs to be updated is the sofa in the living room. The recliners did not work and the sofa is a little dated. We can't wait to come back to this hidden gem next year. Unit was exactly as described and we couldn’t have loved it more. Right on the beach, very clean unit. Great communication with property managers. Extra security over the holiday was nice as well.

The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.
