All the bedrooms have comfortable beds with blackout curtains, which are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.brbrExperience amenities including a game room, outdoor picnic area, desk, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and more.brbrYou will find an open, inviting ambiance that would be a great fit for a family or group of friends to connect and recharge after experiencing all that Gainesville has to offer!brbrYour group will remember the quality experience that they have while staying here!brbrOTHER THINGS TO NOTE:br- Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles on unpaved area in front of fence. Additional parking can be on the street (but be aware that it is a narrow road). brbr- Exterior video camera is located in front of the home looking over the front door and parking area.brbrHOUSE RULES: brI want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!brbrFIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit):br– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.br– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the housebr– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.br– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.br– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.br– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.br– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.brbrOTHER HOUSE RULES:br– Park on the unpaved area in front of fence or on the street (but be aware that it is a narrow road). br– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent and you will be charged for stained linen).br– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (front door should lock automatically every 30 seconds, but please make sure it does).br– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after yourself.brbrPETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL PET FEE.br– Pet fee ($125 for one or two pets) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog(s) will not be allowed on the property.br– Pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, and/or any aggressive dogs are NOT allowed on the property.br– Guest is fully liable for any injury or damage caused by their pet and agrees to hold host harmless.br– Your dog should be friendly, and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.br– Pets are NOT allowed on the couch, beds, or any of the furniture.br– Guests must clean up any pet waste in the backyard to prevent future guestsbrfrom finding any surprises.br– Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.br– Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.br– You will be charged for any damage caused by your dogbr– Limit of two dogs. An additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.brbrCHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:br- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out request for 11am must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that I can ask the cleaner if that could work with her schedule. Dad was never in the military but both he & Mom are retired nurses. This is their home and it`s use is their legacy. Mom & Dad would offer R&R to discharged patients. These folks would stay with us for a short time before heading home farther away from the hospital.brbrBtw…Mom & Dad lived here for nearly 40 years.
