3 Mi to UF: Townhome w/ Patio in Gainesville!

We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. The photos do not show the age (& frankly) & cleanliness of this property. It is much more dated decor, the cheapness of EVERYTHING was clear. All items were likely purchased at the dollar store or secondhand shop. IE: the soaps and “amenities” in the bathrooms, kitchen … 4. The windows are so thin that it sounds like all the windows are open. The showers were dated. The furnace loud in downstairs bath. 5. Detergent for sheets, towels, etc… is scented. We now have 2 people w/itchiness & allergic reaction from this. As a note: it is kind to have laundry detergent for your guests. However, it should be allergen/fragrance free. Especially whatever you are using to clean linens with that will be up against someone’s skin. 6. The couch & chairs in the living room are completely uncomfortable. We were at an athletic competition for a good portion of the weekend. When we came back to relax, it was difficult at best to get comfortable. not enough room for all to be comfortable. 7. Washing machine had a tab stuck where someone put in prior to our stay. 8. Overall, it felt slightly unsafe and severely lacking.

Stayed for August UF Graduation. Great location for everything. The apartment was great

We were in Gainesville for a swim meet and I discovered this gem. We thoroughly enjoyed having 3 bedrooms for the price of a hotel room. It was convenient to the Oaks Mall. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Multiple generations stayed here for University of Florida graduation and we were happy with our stay. It was clean and as described.

Clean and met our needs. Hosts were communicative on the outset, but unable to contact them during the stay, which was puzzling. Everything as described. We were about 30 minutes away from our tournament at Eastson Newbury Sports Complex and easy to get to. Plenty of food options nearby. Handy to have a washer & dryer in the unit.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Gainesville. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We noticed that the welcome book instructions were outdated and was grateful that Evolve emailed the updated info.

I have zero issues with this rental. It was just as described. 2.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms is nice.

Property was great. Good responses when needed. Could have provided a few more amenities (i.e., outside grill, aluminum foil).

Nic clean and cozy townhouse, close to everything and very comfortable.

We came in for UF game. This place did what it needed to do. It is pretty dated but clean. They provide lots of amenities like Keurig coffee, toiletries, paper towels , nice toilet paper etc. So we didn't have to run to the store for the stay. We had trouble with the door code but that was rectified immediately. The plugs in the two bedrooms upstairs wouldn't work even after GFI push and breaker switching. They did come immediately and fix this. Overall it was all ok.

Clean spacious home would stay again!! Would be nice to have tv in bedrooms if your a tv person ! Host is very amenable tv wouldn’t work and it was replaced that same evening!!

This property Is extremely clean, welcoming, and stocked with everything you need especially for the showers and bathrooms. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Location of the property is wonderful. Beds are super comfortable. Definitely highly recommend for a stay in Gainesville.

We stayed 2 nights and the place is nice. The location is great for our activities near UF. For an older building, it works nicely. The larger bedrooms are upstairs. Communication with the host is easy and they respond quickly. It's not a fancy location but if you just need a place to sleep or hang out for a weekend, this is a great little spot.
