Stayed Jan 9, 2026This place is great. The house is nearly new in a really nice modern neighborhood. House has all the amentities needed and even some extras provided by the host. Great communication and easy access to the building as well. We stayed in Gainesville as it is nearly the halfway point between our home in Tampa and my Daughters current home at FSU. We met here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family together. Next time we need a halfway stay location for certain this will be my first choice! Thanks !!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024I booked this property as a place to get ready for my wedding at kanapaha botanical gardens and as a place to stay on my wedding night. This place was so perfect for the occasion! So clean, really beautiful space and a perfect giant closet for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. Plus the host was quick to respond and very communicative

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a great time staying in this lovely home for our wedding anniversary weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to shops and the highway.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We only stayed 1 night however the accommodations were just as described and very welcoming. Communication was great. The only downfall was that we have a dog and the yard was not mowed in the back so the weeds were tall. Other than that- the stay was excellent.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024Owner is great with communications. House is in great location for our needs while we are here in town. Spacious house and nice amenities. Owner was also very accommodating for a special request we had for this visit. Our third year staying here and if we are in this area again, will book again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024A few comments: The bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable. There is a lack of comfortable seating in living room and bedroom. Needs some chairs. The fan in the toilet was not working. Carpet needs cleaning. Appreciate the snacks and the promptness of contact with the owners.
