Stayed Oct 3, 2024Half the house is locked off. Was unsure if there were other occupants but host assured not. Host lives there full time so we would have had to empty dishwasher if we wanted to use it. Two large dogs live there full time also which was evident in the carpet. Not for me but we got by.

Stayed May 5, 2023Philips house is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is remote but quickly accessible to everything in Gainesville. He was easy to work with and very accommodating to our flexible schedules. The house is comfortable and the check in could not be easier. I knew if I needed anything, Philip would be there. I'll stay here again.
