Centrally located just a few miles from UF/Shands/Downtown, less than a mile to Publix/Chipotle/Starbucks, and 5 minutes to Cypress & Grove Brewing Company!

Get ready to experience good vibes in this spacious 4-bedroom home. The room located on the west side with 2 beds is secluded from the other 3 bedrooms and includes a game room.

NOTICE: We have one security camera facing the front of the property that will be on during your stay.

THE SPACE:
You will find a spacious living room dining area with 3 bedrooms at the east end of the house and 1 bedroom (with 2 queen beds) at the west end of the house. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds with blackout curtains, which are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Experience amenities including a game room, outdoor picnic area, desk, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and more.

You will find an open, inviting ambiance that would be a great fit for a family or group of friends to connect and recharge after experiencing all that Gainesville has to offer!

Your group will remember the quality experience that they have while staying here!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles on unpaved area in front of fence. Additional parking can be on the street (but be aware that it is a narrow road).

- Exterior video camera is located in front of the home looking over the front door and parking area.

HOUSE RULES:
I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!

FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit):
– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
– Park on the unpaved area in front of fence or on the street (but be aware that it is a narrow road).
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent and you will be charged for stained linen).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (front door should lock automatically every 30 seconds, but please make sure it does).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after yourself.

PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL PET FEE.
– Pet fee ($125 for one or two pets) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog(s) will not be allowed on the property.
– Pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, and/or any aggressive dogs are NOT allowed on the property.
– Guest is fully liable for any injury or damage caused by their pet and agrees to hold host harmless.
– Your dog should be friendly, and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
– Pets are NOT allowed on the couch, beds, or any of the furniture.
– Guests must clean up any pet waste in the backyard to prevent future guests
from finding any surprises.
– Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
– Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
– You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
– Limit of two dogs. An additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out request for 11am must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that I can ask the cleaner if that could work with her schedule. Late check out request for 12pm will be an extra charge of $45 and will also require approval at least 48 hours in advance.)
- Place trash in proper receptacles. If there is overflow, please place in black trash bin and/or orange and blue recycling containers outside just inside of the fence to the right of the house.
- Put all used towels in the hampers so we know the ones that were used.
- Send me a message that you have left.

KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the
dishwasher.
– Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any and all
dishes away.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be inside the fence)
to the curb anytime on WEDNESDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city
early every Thursday morning.
