It features amazing, natural springs with crystal clear water which makes it a perfect location for all kinds of water activities (fishing,, boating, kayaking and paddle boading) or just relaxing! Crystal River is a nearly six mile long waterway fed by some 30 springs which connects Kings Bay with the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Island Beach is Citrus County's saltwater gulf beach where you can enjoy a relaxing day in the sand and sun or spend the day at Hunters Springs Park. We are located less than 30 miles from Weeki Wachee, 75 miles from Busch Gardens and 85 from Walt Disney World.

You can still enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise sitting in the screened in lanai overlooking the water because Thankfully, we did not suffer any hurricane damage from either Helene or Idalia. The water did not reach our unit. This condo would be great for any elderly or disabled because everything you need is on the first ground floor. Only one bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. Only one step up to enter the unit and we have ramps for wheelchairs. Newly renovated condo with new furniture throughout. Beautiful water view from most of the rooms. Close walk to the pool and tennis courts. Lots of natural light. New appliances. Large walk in closets. Kayaks and bicycles available. Water access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful springs in Crystal River. Boat slip available with a long term rental.
