Stayed Jan 17, 2026We had such a wonderful time at The River House! The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It felt very spacious and the hot tub was such a fun addition for our group to enjoy, as it did get cold when we visited in January! Crystal River is such a beautiful area with so many activities, we did a kayak tour and swam with manatees! This would be a perfect rental for families or friend groups, and we hope to visit again in the summer for scalloping season.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care, thought, and pride went into every detail of this home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming—comfortable without sacrificing style.The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a sense of escape, and the property itself had everything we could possibly need to relax and enjoy our time together. It felt like a home, not just a place to stay, which made the experience that much more special.This stay exceeded every expectation and created memories we will cherish for a long time. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Had a great time at the rental, the layout really utilized the space well. Kids room was a blast, our son loved all of the bunk beds and gaming chairs. Wife and mother in law loved the new spa on the spacious porch, and it was handy having the 2nd fridge for out adult beverages. Will definitely book again the next time we are in the Crystal River area for a fishing trip.
