It's a super efficient solar heated house, which stays wonderfully warm on cold winter days. There's an effective gas stove that heats the entire house for the cloudy days. brbrOur three-story 3 bedroom home in Tahoe Donner is perfect for a family or two vacationing together. It has two bedrooms downstairs, one with ensuite bath, one loft bedroom upstairs overlooking the living room with a separate adjoining twin alcove, a family room where the kids can watch the 65 flat screen smart TV, a third story loft accessible by pull down ladder.
