We rented for a week in June 2025 and wanted to be close to several golf courses near the house. The house did not disappoint. It is a well-decorated home with comfortable furniture and great beds and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the late afternoon/early evenings, too. Very enjoyable vacation and great home in an excellent location near Truckee and grocery stores and easy to explore North Tahoe. We hope to book again next summer!

We had a wonderful ski trip while staying in this spacious and comfortable home. The cozy lounge area and the large, well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, making it perfect for a large group. Plus, with a Safeway just a 10-minute drive away, grocery shopping was very convenient. Our group of nine found the three showers and four toilets extremely helpful. It was also convenient to carry luggage directly from the garage, and the designated area for drying ski gear was a great bonus. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cabin in the woods. It was the most relaxing getaway weekend. Me and my girls celebrated my bachelorette up there and enjoyed going out on the town in Truckee, and then we stayed at home one of the days to play board games as we sat in a five hour long thunderstorm. One of the downsides of the cabin was that the cabin slept up to 10 people, but we were only provided four roles of toilet paper for four days and three nights. We ran out of toilet paper after the first day and had to buy our own. Secondly, there was no knowledge of there being a bear trap around the entire premises, and we had to learn how to deactivate and set it on our own. And lastly there was no salt and pepper. And you'd think they'd have atleast those 2 main spices on deck no matter what. Otherwise, the cabin was very gorgeous and relaxing, and I hope to take my family there sometime during the winter next year.

Rented this beautiful home for my large family. This place very comfortably housed 10 people without feeling like we were on op of each other or fighting for the bathroom. The kitchen was lovely and easily accommodated large family dinners. Location was absolutely wonderful! Pro tips for your stay: if you're going to Northstar to ski, either leave super early or late. Anything in between will result in a 10-15 minute drive turning into and hour+ drive. All in all, we will absolutely be back!

We had a great experience staying at this property. One of the more comfortable and enjoyable get aways that we have experienced. The location is great - surrounded by nature and also close to freeways and restaurants. The house is very warm, comfortable, well equipped with all amenities. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and warming up after a full day of skiing. The property is well maintained and serviced. Top quality linens and bedding too made the place very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Meadows. The house is beautiful and having a king size bedroom on the ground floor is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Beautiful views from the lounge window. Highly recommend.

The property is modern and well maintained. Getting to the property was a breeze. The lockbox instructions were easy to follow. When we arrived to the house, there was no dishwasher soap. We reached out the the property management team and they delivered dish soap within about an hour. We then discovered there was no wash clothes and not enough hand towels. We reached out to the PM team and they delivered towels about 3-4 hours later. With minor hiccups, the first day was adequate. Day 2 was when the hot water stopped working. We reached out to the PM team and they send someone out to repair the problem. Unfortunately, a plumber wasn’t able to fix the hot water. We were without hot water for 2 days. With 2 seniors and 4 kids, having no hot water was beyond unbearable. Our stay was for 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 nights we had no hot water. We asked the PM team if they had any suggestions on where we could shower or any suggestions. They did not give us any suggestions. When asked for compensation for the 2 nights without hot water, we were given a $400 credit and a 10% discount toward our next stay. We felt that this was NOT a reasonable compensation for our inconvenience but that is what was offered.

House was nice and well equipped; linen/bedding on the cheap/used side; fitted bottom sheets and nicer/cleaner Duvet's would have been nice. The cable service to the TV's in the bedrooms was different than the main TV; the lesser services on the bedroom TVs made it difficult for us all to watch what we wanted. The garbage situation is very unsatisfactory. They need a bear box. It's ridiculous that I had to get up at 5 am on a Fri to take out the trash. Also, the thermostat is too complicated; you should have specific instructions on how to set the temperature hold - it had a hold for a few hours and often got cold in the morning. While by no means an expectation, given Covid it would have been awesome to have some way to get some exercise in the house. A stationary bike would have been a great option but totally understand this is not something in ordinary circumstances we'd have expected. Hot tub would have been great too.
