It is furnished for comfort. 2500 square feet of living area. All the rooms are nice sized with spacious bathrooms. Large great room for family gatherings, with a large brick, corner, wood burning fireplace (Seasonal restrictions apply and We supply some wood from Nov. 1st thru March 15th ) It has a nice large front yard, large stamped concrete drive, lots of parking, and beautiful brick work. There is a nice rear yard with THE RIVER flowing through it, and beautiful trees.brThe great room has a comfy sofa, chaise lounge, 2 recliners, 65 inch 4G Smart TV with CableTV, DVD/VHS player, a small selection of movies, large windows with VIEWS OF THE RIVER THAT FLOWS THROUGH THE BACK YARD AND BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the large deck.brThe dining area seats 8, with more seating at the counter. There are 3 beautiful tall windows that provide a VIEW OF THE RIVER and MOUNTAINS. A well equipped kitchen opened to the living and dining areas WITH A RIVER VIEW, island cook top, built in oven, French door refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer, dishes, pots & pans, crock pot, wine & martini/margarita glasses, spices, toaster, eating & cooking utensils, knives, and then some. brThere is a laundry room with washer and dryer, laundry soap, and softener sheets just off the kitchen. We do spend quite a bit of time there, so the house may be better equipped than investor properties. br The large master bedroom has a sliding glass door with VIEWS OF THE RIVER AND MOUNTAINS, which also leads to the deck. There is a Cal King canopy bed, a 55-inch TV with cable, and furniture that provides plenty of room to unpack. brThe large master bath features a cedar lined walk in closet, double vanities, and MY FAVORITE is the LARGE JETTED TUB with two large windows with VIEWS OF THE RIVER/MOUNTAINS (Pour a glass of wine, and it doesn’t get any better than that).brBedroom #1 has a twin daybed with trundle, a desk, some books, and an armoire for your clothes. It also has an old style TV with front jacks for the kid's video games.brBedroom #2 The Blue Room,. is very nice, with lots of natural light from the 3 large windows over looking the large front yard, and the large sycamore and oak trees. It has a queen bed with a very comfortable mattress topper (can be removed if you require a firmer mattress), large dresser, a nicely sized closet.brWe also have 2 roll away beds, and two sleeping pads.brThere’s a large rear deck with, propane fire pit, Gazebo to shade from the sun or rain, tables and chairs, seating for 11, an umbrella, and a propane BBQ grill. You can enjoy watching the family play on the lawn while soaking up THE SOUND OF THE RIVER FLOWING AND THE AMAZING VIEW OF THE FLOWING RIVER AND MOUNTAINS. The Sequoia National Forest is world renowned for it’s beauty, Giant Sequoia Trees, and the famous General Sherman's Tree. There are plenty of places to eat, a grocery store, mini-markets with gas, medical facilities, fire station, library, post office, thrift store, gift shops, museum, gallery, antiques, and even a new brewery.brThis home is located in the beautiful “Cherokee Oaks Community”, which has beautiful oak and sycamore trees, maintained roads without the city traffic, lights, or noise. The area is perfect for family walks, and riding your bikes. My grandchildren love to ride their bikes while we are there, and I am comfortable they’re safe.brbrLake Kaweah is only 1.5 miles when it’s full, otherwise it’s about a 10 minute drive. Great for fishing, boating, jet skiing, and swimming. There is a large open part of the backyard for general running around…maybe playing a favorite family game or throwing a baseball or football back and forth. Just walk down a few steps, and you can wade in the whitewater middle fork of the Kaweah River. The rock gardens and giant boulders allow you to sit quietly and listen to nature and your thoughts.brbrThis privately owned, single-family home is 800 square feet and sleeps six. River Peak is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on 2.5 acres in Three Rivers, CA. Three Rivers is a charming mountain town and is the gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The home is very private and has all the amenities that you and your family will want during your visit to the mountains. brbrThree Rivers is in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains. It is not a city, but rather it is wilderness. Many people love the wild beauty, as we do. But you will probably see some animals and maybe some bugs. There isn't a Starbucks on the corner. But all of that is why it is special. brbrThe walls and ceiling of the main section of the house are beautiful redwood, which compliments the amazing views outside every window. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, leaving the spacious ground floor as a great place to entertain or just to relax in one of several cozy places to enjoy. The kitchen and family room look out on a huge covered deck and a swimming pool that enjoys amazing views of the canyon around you. The 8 foot deep in ground pool is the perfect place to cool off with your friends and family. The backyard is fenced off. brbrThere are two living rooms. One is a quite place to relax and look out the large windows to watch the world, and likely some wildlife, go by. The second living room has a 65 TV and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or the game. Our DirecTV package includes just about every channel. There is a Chromecast so that you can stream using your accounts. brbrThe kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. Most of the appliances are new in 2021. All cookware, utensils, glasses, knives, and mugs are included. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. brbrThe dining room has new furniture and will seat 8. There is another 8 person dining table outside, along with a comfortable seating area. All of it overlooks the pool and the mountains. brbrUpstairs there is a huge master bedroom with its own private balcony, a walk-in closet, a wine/coffee lounge with mini fridge and coffee maker, and an in-suite bathroom including a large tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other large bedroom contains a queen bed and a buck bed with a full size and twin mattress. brbrA short trail from the pool area leads to a meadow and the home's private access to the South Fork of the Kaweah River. It is an amazing spot to watch and listen as the river goes by. The river rises and falls with the seasons. Three Rivers only gets rain in the winter, so by summer it's rivers start to shrink. Our river spot is normally not good for swimming, but there are other places in town to swim. brbrNote: on Wednesday mornings the yard maintenance team and the pool cleaner both come to the house. they generally arrive around 8a.
