We really like that this property was secluded and it is very close to the Sequoia National Park entrance, but in a wooded setting so we liked having the privacy. The hot tub was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks to the owner for good communication and providing a nice home to stay in for our first time ever to see the sequoia trees! Loved it! Would stay there again.

Pani was the best communicator I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with on VRBO! The location of the property was very convenient. The hot tub and outdoor shower were very enjoyable. We were reluctant to go outside in the evening because of the bats living in the roof flashing above the doorwall.

The home was sparkling, clean, loaded with amenities, extraordinarily comfortable beds, the hot tub was incredible in the evenings and you can’t beat how close it is to the park. Outstanding property and stay.

The location was great and hot tub was a welcomed amenity. Unfortunately, I could not give it five stars for several reasons… There was no quilt or comforter on our bed, only 2 sheets. The fan and light were broken, so the fan was on full speed the entire time. The bath mats were dirty and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

We were pleased with the location and the provisions in the house and would stay again. We had little children with us and while there werent supplies for tiny kiddos, the house was surprisingly very kid friendly otherwise. The view of morro rock was lovely, and the hot tub and stars were nice after a day in the forest. We saw turkeys and tons of lizards and some other small birds. One thing i didnt realize was that access to one of the bedrooms was through the den, and access to the 2nd bathroom was as well, which was a little tricky with the baby in the den but we made it work.

Such a lovely home! Our family had a great time staying here. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was minutes away from Sequoia National Park. Three Rivers has a great selection of restaurants and food trucks.

Everything was excellent. We have a very comfortable stay. Place was clean. Location was great. The senior citizens in our group were amazed. We will definitely recommend this place to others and whenever we come back, we would love to book again. Super minor was one of the wall vents had some dust , and we forgot to ask about allergen free bedding. But again super minor. Thank you hosts for a lovely stay

Host was amazing and very responsive. Loved the home was able to relax and enjoy Sequoia National Park and the Deer that walks around the property. Home is very clean and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our needs. And a great entry into the national park. It was perfect for two couples and easily accessible.The hot tub was great after a day of hiking.

Great place! Very close to park entrance and small store with good takeout food too. Everything was exactly as advertised and more. Hot tub was perfect, with views and stars. Nature is right out the front door. Hope to be able to stay there again soon.

Beautiful home in a breathtaking location. You can see Moro Rock through the living room windows. There were a couple of issues our large group encountered during our stay, but the host, Pani responded immediately and was at the property promptly to address our concerns. Pani went above and beyond with communication and ensuring we had a great stay. Easy drive into Sequoia as well.

This property was great! Clean and welcoming. What made this property next level was Pani, the host. As he is a local that operates a tour guide company we hired him to show us some of the treasures of the national parks. Using him as a resource, it went from great place to stay to a great vacation! We would have missed a lot of great sights if we just did our own thing. As for the house itself, the view of Moro rock, the night sky from the hot tub, The flock of quail and turkey that graze around the property, the fully equipped kitchen (including coffee and creamer!), the Treager BBQ and the short distance to the foothills entrance to Sequoia make this place truly special. When I asked my 10 year old what the favorite part of summer vacation was, she said watching the shooting stars from the hot tub in three rivers!

We loved staying here. A beautiful home minutes from Sequoia National Park. The hot tub outside had wonderful views of the mountains and at night the sky was full of stars. We loved the extra touches like the games, tea bags, coffee creamer, etc. A true gem that we would love to stay at again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, well-kept home. The space was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the no-shoes rule, which helped keep everything feeling fresh, and the organic soaps were a lovely touch. Our children loved the selection of kid friendly books, and the board games made for fun family evenings.The only small note is that we had expected a crib, but there was a bassinet provided, which was unfortunately too small for our toddler, so it didn’t work for our needs. Aside from that, the home was peaceful and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there.Thank you for providing such a welcoming space, we would gladly stay again!

Very close to Sequoia and good value.

Location, location, location! If you are going to Sequoia National Park you can't beat the value and convenience of this place. While the home is older, the interior has been updated. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the appliances were new and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, plates, glassware, cookware and utensils. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo & shower gel. Bonus points for laundry detergent to wash our hiking clothes too! There was a heat wave when we were there and we were thankful for the A/C which kept us cool. Despite the heat, we did use the hot tub after a particularly long hike.

Location was perfect! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and plenty of room! Only a few minutes from gate into sequoia. Property hidden just off the road private and peaceful. You can hear the river flowing! Pani the host very responsive! We would rent again!

Pani is a wonderful host and his house is beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed the big kitchen and living room with lovely views of oaks and wild turkeys. The hot tub was great after a chilly, rainy day in the park!

Our adult children and my husband and I had such a grand time in this beautiful tree house like property. The wraparound deck, hillside landscape, wildlife and plantings gave the perfect setting for our family. The home was well-appointed and gave comfortable and ample space for both togetherness and and privacy for each person. We cooked our meals in the home, partook of the hot tub and fire pit and snuggled up for game nights in the cozy space. Bonus for the stocked coffee bar, which was a hit for us all! Pani was a great host, responding in a timely manner to all my inquiries, too! Cannot recommend this great space only a couple of miles outside Sequoia NP!

We had an amazing time staying in this home it was the perfect layout, right amount of bedrooms and loved that the bathrooms were located in the halls and not one in the master bedroom. The property was close to everything but pushed back enough into its own little forest that you felt like you were one with nature. We saw Turkey and Deer right outside the house and the kids loved it, we highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again! The property was beautiful and the host was just as great with quick replies to any questions or concerns we had.

I can't recommend this place enough! If you are looking for a quiet and close place to stay while visiting the National Park or three rivers, look no further. This place was in the perfect location and accommodated two families with little ones and the hot tub is a must after a long day of hiking! Pani is an amazing host, my friend left an item behind when we checked out, and he shipped it back to him a day later! Excellent host, great location, super clean home, this is a 5 star experience and getaway!

This house was absolutely more than we expected. Loved the privacy we received along with beautiful views from inside and out with the huge windows taking over the living area. The hot tube was a nice treat after a long day of walking through the giant Sequoias. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place literally 5 minutes from the Park.

This home was wonderful. We couldn't shut up about how much we enjoyed it while there. It is private, the views are beautiful, and the layout is great. Some notable things we enjoyed: - Great setup for cooking with family (gas stove, huge sink and fridge, Traeger smoker/grill) - Cozy. Fire pit for cooking smores, blankets, lots of windows for views of nature, etc. - Just a few minutes from the park entrance, as advertised - couldn't be easier. If I had to give one complaint, the internet was slow. That said, it was mostly serviceable for video streaming, and there is plenty else to do here aside from being on a screen all day! Thanks so much! Would happily stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Three rivers is a very quaint little town with great restaurants and gateway to the sequoias. This house is the perfect location to enjoy it all. My 2 and 4 year old grandsons were with us and they loved it.

6 Adults and 3 kids under 3. Just enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably - full kitchen with nice non stick pens. also made full use of the traeger - smoked some bomb chicken (just needed tongs for the smoker!). Hot tub was awesome in the evening and morning time!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our family group. Very clean and had everything we needed. Tools for the BBQ Grill would be helpful but all else we had provided. It is a great location to the park and we were hiking and enjoying our time there. The host is very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We would pick this location again if ever traveling to Sequoia Park. Thank you for the great stay. The Moffits
