We also have a separate pantry for those planning longer stays. Three proper bedrooms with walls called R1, R2, R3, however there are additional 3 beds in the living room also with heavy duty curtains to sleep called L1, L2, L3, massive kitchen, front yard, backyard with barbecue, home theater, the owner will come once in few months to check the house, the tenants have to clean the house themselves as this is proper rental on long term basis, all perishables given can be used when you enter the house but no refills, no cleaning, you need to refill, clean and buy everything on your own subsequently as this is a long term rental, the house is very big and inspiring with plenty of amenities, it’s one of the dream house, heavily invested with state of the art facilities, you will not go wrong living in this gorgeous house in a highly centralized location close to everything literally walkable, you can also use the garage for your car parking.

WiFi is available throughout the house. brAlso enjoy a spacious backyard with a patio under beautiful huge pine trees with reclining chairs to have a break after a long day and to bask in the afternoon California sun.brThere is a nice park nearby for kids to play, golf practice range walking distance from the house, shopping area one block away and plenty of restaurants with a multitude of international cuisine options.brOur house is located on a private street that is shared with an elementary school.
