No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. br6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. br7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises. brbrOCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund. brbrCREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. Your car will be on a diagonal. brbrbrbr3) Have ALL passengers exit the vehicle before parking because they won’t be able to open the car doors to exit. Have them help guide you in. brbrbrbr4) Back up so the front of your car is in alignment with the opening of the garage being careful not to back up into the neighbor’s garage/house. Your car should now be perfectly aligned to drive straight in but do not pull in too close because you will hit the two plastic storage units. brbrbrbr5) The length of the garage is not very long so visually check to see if the garage door will clear your car’s back bumper before closing garage.
