Plus, all 6 bedrooms are actual bedrooms. You won’t be stuffed into make-shift bedrooms. Walk-in Closets in every bedroom.brbrFor a 6 bedroom house, I think it’s the best and cheapest for the amenities in Mission Beach. There is plenty of room at all times no matter where everyone congregates. Living room, decks, front yard, etc. 14 people can actually have comfortable seating in the open area INSIDE the main living area. The downstairs living area seats 9! The outside deck on the 2nd floor welcomes a flow of people who would like to enjoy a covered area with oversized seating for 6 to 8 people who don’t want to watch TV. The fireplace has been shut down due to too much liability.brbrTop unit is 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Full kitchen and 12-14 people can actually watch TV together in living room. 2 kings and 3 queen beds. 3 1/2 baths. brbrBottom unit has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and also a full kitchen. 1 king and 1 queen (queen will be new in 2023) Living area seats 9. brbr3,000 sq ft...6 BEDROOMS 5 1/2 BATHSbrbr“It comes with everything....boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, shampoo, soap, detergent, linens, towels! just bring your swim suits! :0)) Youll love having Central AC. brSleeps 14 with 7 beds. brbrLocated in South Mission Beach this luxury beach house was completed in August of 2007. I spared no expense with comfort and luxury as I sound-proofed the walls and provided all the updated furnishings. This is a 3 story condo w/ the top two floors providing a 4 brm/ 3 1/2 bath and the first floor unit providing a 2 bd/2 bth unit. Both have top rated kitchens including 3 air-fryers. There is a 2 car garage big enough for 2 Yukons. The floors are all travertine tile and counter tops are all granite. Spacious decks with BBQs and outdoor shower. Your family, no matter how big will be able to watch TV in the family rooms and enjoy dinners together as there is plenty of room for 14 people onside and 6-8 outside on the deck. Downstairs front yard has enough room for 16 people to sit and enjoy BBQ's together. Tables and chairs included if you desire. brbrIt is 4 houses to the beach (about a 30 second walk). It’s situated in the perfect area of South Mission Beach. Great neighborhood and quiet. brbrYou are a 5 minute stroll to the historic Belmont Park which features a roller coaster, bumper cars, an 18 hole putt putt course, shops, ice cream parlors, arcade, and restaurants. You are also a 2 minute walk to two sports bars, 3 restaurants, and a food market. Also, a 5 min car ride to Sea World. The airport, downtown, La Jolla, and the Zoo are 15 minutes awaybr.brbrI built this house for great get togethers and when I say the units can furnish up to 14 people-its no joke! Unlike the majority of rentals in Mission beach they claim more room than they can spare (i.e. sleeps 10 but the living room/entertaining area can only accommodate 4-6 people) . . . Good luck at night when the family gets together and no one can eat in the same room or even watch TV or play games. I replace the couches every 2-3 years and they are upscale in quality. The kitchens are equipped with every utensil for any type of cooking. You worked hard all year . . . you deserve a luxurious vacation with your family and friends every year!brbr If your not familiar with San Diego: brWhat's really cool is to go down to the docks in San Diego which is in downtown San Diego, and visit the retired Midway Aircraft Carrier, It's about a 30-45 min. self tour on the ship which they give you complimentory head phones to describe everything about the ship and all of the WW1, WWII, Korean War, and Viet Nam Fighter planes/jets that are housed on it. You get to sit in the Captain's chair or climb aboard a real fighter jet or helicopter. ( I've taken 6 groups to see it in one year). The Dolphin is a rocks throw away from Law Street beach located at the north end of Pacific Beach. This is a great beach to learn how to surf or ride the waves on the boogie boards provided. San Diego Surf School gives surf lessons right outside your door. If surfing isn't your thing, there is plenty of sand for you to lay out and get tan. This property has great outdoor space to BBQ and enjoy the southern California sun. Also included in this rental, a small garage for parking, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and wagon. Garage dimensions are 93 inches wide, 15.5 feet long, 83 inches tall.brbrIn addition to the beach being just steps away, the boardwalk starts at Law St. and takes you 3 miles along the coastline through Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. You can enjoy the view of the homes along the water or stop and do some shopping or eating at one of the many places along the way. Make your way to Belmont Park and ride the roller coaster, or practice catching some waves on the artificial waves at Wavehouse Restaurant and Bar. Just 3 miles north is downtown La Jolla where you can kayak in the caves in La Jolla Shores, or check out the seals off Coast Blvd. Seaworld is just minutes away. Don't forget, you can take your food outside and enjoy the Southern California weather at the patio tables and chairs. If it's too sunny, the umbrellas can provide you with the necessary shade. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.brbrSan Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Parents and children excluded. brbrNo Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees. brbrIf excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater. If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.brbrNO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. Guest is responsible for all damages.brbrKitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home.
