Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund. brbrCREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. Guest is a transient occupant and licensee only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this Agreement, and Guest shall not be entitled to any of the rights, protections, or procedural requirements afforded to tenants or lessees under California law, including without limitation any notice requirements under the California Civil Code or Code of Civil Procedure.
