South Mission Beach 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms with View & Garage

Great location! Steps from the boardwalk & beach. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. Area feels safe & building is secure. I wasn't aware it was in the flight path (it may have mentioned it in the description and I overlooked it), planes are flying 6AM - around 11PM. We used fans and a sound machine and had no issues. Something to note if you're a light sleeper. Communication with host was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mission Beach San Diego! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. One of the biggest perks was the convenient parking in the garage and not dealing with street parking. That made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind the whole time.The place itself was incredibly clean and well-stocked. They really thought of everything, plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even shampoo and conditioner in the shower, which was such a nice touch. It made settling in effortless and comfortable right away.Overall, this was an amazing place to stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped spot near the beach!

Steps from the beach! The house was clean and amazingly sand free. We have stayed at a lot of places this close to the beach and they are sandy even before you hit the beach, but this place was tidy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Owner has lovely snacks and coffee pods available. Garage has all the toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc for a family to enjoy a day in the sand. They have several beach towels for renters. Washer and dryer with pods to keep up with the laundry and a tiny vacuum to keep up with the sand tracked in. Family of five- three kids shared the extra room and just folded away the fold out bed and trundle each day for space. All TVs also have a provided Netflix account. We would stay here again. Loved it.

Amazing location a block from the beach. The place is clean and well stocked. The garage is a little tight. We were able to get our rental mini van in, but would have to fold the mirrors in. If you have anything bigger than that you'll have to find street parking which isn't great, especially on the weekends.

The unit was better than we had anticipated. The amount of space and the layout made it perfect. The proximity to the beach and Belmont Park were exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this place.

The condo is super cute and has everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We were in it almost every night. The location is great! We had no issues with fitting our mini van in the garage. The best part was the quick responses from the property manager for anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay just after Christmas this year. The unit is literally steps to the beach, and a large private hot tub. Lots of room in the unit itself, and the kitchen was very well stocked. So nice to also have beach chairs available for comfortable beach going.

Stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in December. Lovely property, spacious, light and airy. Very clean. Kitchen well-equipped. There were lots of nice touches like snacks and bottles of cider provided, as well as plenty of delicious coffee pods for the coffee machine. There were even wash poufs in the bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. Easy to check in. Not too many chores to do before checking out. The host responded to my texts very quickly and let us go early and leave our luggage in the garage several hours before check in time. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego.

Came to Mission Beach prior to leaving for a Mexican vacation from Tijuana. Visited family and enjoyed the Mission Beach area. Everything was walkable and)or convenient and the owner was super responsive if any questions arose during our visit. Appreciated the snacks and coffee available to us. My family and I stayed here for our winter trip to the San Diego area. It met our needs perfectly. The bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for our toddler to sleep in. The upstairs area was perfect for my wife and I to spend time together after we put our kid to bed. We utilized the private patio and hot tub even though the weather was cool in December. The location was great with access to the beach, Belmont Park, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great property and great communication throughout our stay. The snacks and the beach toys and towels were an added plus!

This place was perfect! So close to the beach without being directly on it. It had everything we could need while staying there. Loved using the hot tub! It was easy to access and communication with the property manager was great too! She replied quickly each time. We were supposed to bring our kids along but it didn’t work out but there was plenty of room for at least 4 ppl. Access to tv and board games too!
