This house was great pick in a wonderful area of San Diego. We were just a few steps away from the beach and walking distance to the heart of the Pacific Beach area. The home was clean and well-maintained. The front and back outdoor spaces were great for hanging out. The property management team was always responsive.

All pictures on listing are accurate, home is well appointed and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable, living space is large and has a comfortable sofa with a lot of seating as well. There are two outdoor seating areas, the front has a view of the Bay. Excellent location, great commutation with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Property was in a great location with adequate parking. Only downside was no A/C or coolers in the main house and the mini split in the detached bedroom was not working. The interior of the home never got below 80 degrees. Thankfully they supplied many fans so we kept all the windows open to help cool it down at night.

Great little home, Great Location. The kitchen is a little sparce on cooking utensil's, but we made it work. We had 8 adults and 3 babies all under 3 years old. The location is perfect a short walk to the bay, you can see the water from the front patio. And Mission Beach is just a 10-15 min walk. Also it's was just a short drive to all the places we visited, Old Town, the Zoo, the USS Midway to name a few. The Rooms were comfortable, we just opened the windows in the evenings and ran the fans and it was perfect. We all would definitely recommend the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the beach. The house is clean and beautifully maintained. The only downside is that a few rooms don’t have AC, which made them a bit hot at night. Overall, we highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Location, location, location, and location. Steps from a clean park, beach and boardwalk. Great for kids to ride bikes for miles. Separate casita for grandparents (us) with room for young family in main house. The house itself is slightly on the small side, the kitchen is well equipped. The front patio has great people watching with a fire pit. Communication with property management was exceptionally good. Dog friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

It was such a lovely location and we had a wonderful time! great hosts, great location!

We came for my fiancés birthday weekend with her family and the location and house were perfect. We loved that we could walk our paddleboards right down to the water or take long walks along the beach path. The house was great!
