Master bedroom is black out remote control automatic blinds and the other rooms are not. Two rooms with bunk beds + trundle and finished closets, with upstairs carpet and tucked away its nearly soundproof. Kids bathroom not pictured (finished tub and shower + two sinks).brbrKitchen and Appliances: Brand new smart washer and dryer. Cuisinart air fryer + oven , Nespresso machine and nugget ice machine. Two comfortable living spaces with cozy couches and massive TV with an incredible movie experience due to the 15 inch subwoofer(game changer). Outside and inside on the main level we invested in Philips HUE color smart lights to set any mood. It's a total vibe at night and an experience you will not get anywhere else. Not to limit that 3 rooms upstairs rooms have beautiful Nanoleaf light art on the walls as shapes and lines. ( If you do not know what Philips HUE color lights or Nanoleaf lights are look them up they are incredible!)
