Pets are not allowed on the furniture unless you bring your own sheet/blanket to protect it from claws/fur. If you are bringing a dog(s) who will utilize the back yard, we will need to arrange a meetup so that your pup can meet the dogs already onsite. If you can not ensure your dog won't mark, then please take him ON LEASH down to the lower yard area before letting him off leash and supervise him at all times. We have trained our male dogs not to pee on the deck but when visiting pups do it first he will try to mark on top of them - vicious cycle. It is nearly impossible to remove all pee smell from wood (especially for a dog nose!)brbrThe building is owner-owned and occupied. Owners reside on the second floor. This apartment is one of two units located on the first floor with a shared entrance into the building. Though the apartment DOES sleep 4, doing so will turn the living room into a bedroom and will limit the amount of hang-out space for guests, when used as a bedroom. There is ample deck space and seating. The 2nd bed is a Murphy wall bed, and can be easily be transformed during the day for maximum usability of the space; however most guests do not seem to choose to do so. 4 guests is fine, but we do not allow 4 guests AND a dog - that's just too much.brbrLATE FEE ANS LOST KEYSbr- There is a $75 late fee that will be assessed if guests are not completely out of the home by 11 am on departure day (unless otherwise negotiated).br- There is a $75 fee for lost keys for replacement, time and management
