They are very sweet but extremely energetic! We play with the dogs in the yard during the day and evening, so there may be some from that. We will respect the same quiet hours (12a-7a).brbrHeads up for month-long stays:brLA adds a pretty big occupancy tax to stays of 30 days or less. But once you hit 31 days, that tax goes away. So if you're staying around a month, book 31 days instead of 30 to save $$$brbrHOUSE RULES:br- Maximum 2 adults staying overnight between the hours of 12am and 7am br- Maximum 4 people on the property at any given timebr- Quiet hours between 12am-7ambr- Children allowed (can provide pack and play). Street parking is allowed on the street across from the house and there is no permit required.
