Note: the pool is not heated.brbrThe home is very close to Old Town La Quinta, hiking, and parks with pickle ball and tennis.brbrOur full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer (note: fridge/freezer do not make water or ice but we have ice trays provided and Brita water filter!) The kitchen table seats two and we have a large outdoor couch as well to enjoy dinner by the pool under the desert stars.brbrThe home has AC as well as a mini split in the living room and the master bedroom to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.brbrThe living room and one guest bedroom have a TV with Roku, and the master bedroom TV is a smart TV! It's the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy everything the desert has to offer.brbrOur house comes with a large master suite (with a queen bed and walk in closet) and a private guest bedroom (two twin beds and a large closet) with attached bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept and open up to beautiful views of the lake on the golf course. The office/den can also be part of the open living space or used as another room. The backyard offers stunning views and magnificent sunsets. There are also two community pools walking distance from our house. The closest is basically just across the street while the other is a slightly longer walk but has beautiful golf course views! Our home is peaceful and relaxing; an ideal home away from home.brbrWe have everything you can need for your stay. Again this has been our family vacation home for years, so it is set up with everything you could ever need. We have just recently had a new AC unit installed and there is a washer and dryer. There is a large fridge, wine fridge, toaster oven with air fryer, oven, stove, coffee maker and all of the kitchen utensils and cooking tools you could need. All of the towels and bed linens are provided. We will also start you off with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and cleaning supplies. There is driveway parking and our house is pet-friendly!!brbrLa Quinta has been an up and coming spot in the desert for years. Our house is located in a gated community on the Dunes Course, part of the La Quinta Resort and Club. Two community pools are within walking distance from the house. One is just across the street from the house, the other has a view of the golf course as well. We are located about one mile from La Quinta Resort, a mile and a half from Old Town La Quinta, about 4 miles from both the Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach) and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and 5 miles from a variety of PGA Golf Courses. Downtown Palm Springs is about 20 miles away.
