In addition to the Queen size bed in the Casita, it has a futon, its own air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and television. Each bathroom is stocked with starter hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer for guest use. The house also has a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer. brbrYour home will be stocked with an initial supply of Keurig coffee, tea, cream, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. brbrPool / Spa heating is available and will be charged at the following rates based on seasonality:br- For check-ins between May 1 - October 31: $50/day for Pool & Spa; $25/day for spa onlybr- For check-ins between November 1 - April 30: $100/day for Pool & Spa; $35/day for spa only.brbrThe spa is heated on demand (3 hour timer) and does not remain heated throughout the duration of your stay. The spa can be turned back on after the 3 hours via the iPad Controller inside the home. In winter months, the spa takes approximately 60 minutes to heat, depending on temperature of pool water and ambient temperatures.brbrDuring the summer in the desert, the outside temperature can reach well over 100ºF.  We aim to provide a comfortable experience in the house during the summer months; however, we cannot overtax our A/C systems (we have two units). Due to equipment operating ranges, we cannot guarantee more than a 30ºF delta between the inside and outside temperatures without risking equipment failure. Therefore, we set the house temperature to 78ºF during the day and 74º during the night to provide a balance between comfort and equipment strain.brbr*Due to City of La Quinta Executive Order 9, Amplified Music is not permitted outside; this includes any music being played inside the home that is loud enough to be heard outside.
