Located 7 minutes away from Joshua Tree National Park this property is ideal for your next family get together, social event, business retreat, romantic getaway or just a fun wilderness escape. This property was sold to me recently from my 95 year old neighbor who really wanted me to be the owner for the well being of the property and so he could still revisit memories of it from time to time (yes I actually live a couple yards down the street for your convinience if anything was needed) :) on an emergency basis so he would love to see the home being put to good use and that it is well taken care of.
