Large grassy areas and the winding patio offer fantastic places to tan, and a covered-patio with ample shade and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable day or night. Lastly, you will love our beautiful waterfall that flows into our spool which can be heated in a 4 hour increment per day, for $75.(swimming br pool/hottub rolled into one). And the dishwasher will help you clean it all up! The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers (one has a bathtub), bathmats, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your use. There is a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash provided as well.brbrOther amenities in our home include a dining room with a large table and chairs and a slider that opens to a second patio area with outside seating, a powder room off of the living area, and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer (and laundry soap) for you to use. There are some pamphlets with local places to visit and eat that we highly recommend. If you would like the spool heated in a 4 hour increment per day, there is a $75 daily fee.
