Each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room features a 50-55` smart tv connected to all popular streaming services (no cable provided). The upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bath with a large walk-in closet, designated office space, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool and nearby mountains. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom; 2 rooms offering a queen bed and the last bedroom offering 2 queen beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a hallway bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and access to the backyard via a sliding glass door and the other a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities needed for prepare a full family meal. The garage has been converted to a spacious game room with an 8 feet billiard table, foos-ball table, a mounted connect four, and a 75` smart tv. There are plenty of space to spread out whether in the game room, living room, or dining room. brbrThe backyard has a large pergola with 4 ceiling fans to provide shelter from the desert sun.
