This is a well laid out and spacious single level home with a large private pool and spa in a private, beautifully landscaped backyard. The home is nicely furnished, well equipped, and very clean. It is located in the quiet and lovely gated community of Paradiso (Paradise) in the upscale northern area of Indio. The home has 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and a large spacious open concept great room. There a 5 beds that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. A variety of golf courses, hiking trails, tennis/pickle ball courts, many restaurants, and a large casino are just minutes away. Walmart, Ross, Marshall's, Burlington, a Dollar Store, the Winco 24 hour grocery store, and many other shops are all literally a 3 minute drive away. The home is a 25 minute drive from the Palm Springs International Airport. The Indio polo grounds are a short 6 mile drive away. El Paseo in Palm Desert and Old Town La Quinta are 15 minutes away. The home is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen and cooking materials, as well as, all linens and towels. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The laundry room has a sink and a large washer and dryer. Wi-fi, TV cable and all utilities are included. However, the gas needed to heat the pool/spa, is an extra fee. During the spring and summer months only the AC electricity has an extra fee as well. The backyard has a large gas BBQ and lovely patio furniture. It is located in Indian Palms Golf and Country Club in Indio, California, which is the closest complex and walking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals! The pictures do not do this home justice (as you can see by the reviews), it is immaculate and beautiful. Since originally posting the pictures we have done several updates with the furnishing, brand new flooring throughout and a granite fire pit and beautiful patio set on the back deck. The Coachella Valley includes several desert vacation and resort communities including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta.
