Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only, not in private areas.brbr- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT Check-in anytime after 4 pm, and check out is no later than 11 am. There is a fee of $100 for an early check-in/late checkout (2 hours, if available) or $200 for both. Let us know and we will try out best to accommodate it.brbrbrCAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED Yes, during the winter months the pool temp is around 60 degrees. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for all reservations. If additional pool heat is desired, the pool can be heated to 80-83 degrees for a fee of $50/night (Pool is on Natural Gas). The spa is free at no charge for your stay and it will be at 90-100 degrees. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool is about 80-90 degrees.brbrCAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.brbrCAN I BRING MY PET Yes, we allow housebroken dogs upon approval. There will be a $20 a night pet fee required. Please note this fee is essential as additional cleaning is often times needed for pets. brbrDOES YOUR HOME HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS NO, we do however allow guests to bring their own speaker they can use during the day time hours. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not have the music playing LOUD. Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm-8am every day. If loud music is heard during quiet hours you will get a warning from our security team and forfeit your deposit. Second warning subject to owner contacting hosting service to remove guests from the property. Please be responsible, we want our guests to enjoy their stay but not at the expense of disturbing our neighbors and community.brbrDOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT The house has a Natural Gas BBQ and an​ outdoor Natural Gas fire pit. We do understand our guests wanting to celebrate birthday, anniversaries, and special events with the number of guests allowed on the property.brbrHOW MANY CARS ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING Only 4 cars allowed. 2 compact cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No overnight parking is permitted on the street.brbrWHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY/HOUSEHOLD QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Absolutely no music in the backyard during quiet hours. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Failure to comply will result in a warning and your deposit being forfeited. The City of Indio has a zero tolerance policy for loud music and both guests and owners will be fined.brbrIS THE HOME ON A GOLF COURSE Yes, please be aware our home is on the golf course. Our guests enjoy the mountain views from the backyard and watching the golfers tee off. Please note, some days golf balls may land on our property. We are not liable for any damages. Additionally we require a signed rental agreement which meets the City’s acknowledgement form requirements by confirming the person who is booking understands that he or she is legally responsible for compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations by all occupants.brbrWe’d like to take a moment to disclose information about a couple technology solutions in our home. We provide our guests with access to an Amazon Echo device where you can ask Alexa about Indio and the surrounding Coachella Valley area. Additionally in the kitchen we’ve added a smart home control panel which allows you to operate our Sonos sound system. Both of these solutions include built in cameras however we want to assure you that those cameras have been disabled via software and additionally have a hardware lens cover. brbrTo keep up the standard of our home we have weekly lawn maintenance, pool service, and garbage pickup. Our lawn maintenance occurs every Monday, usually around noon and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. On Tuesdays and Fridays we have someone from CH Pools come out to check and clean the pool. Our pool service usually happens in the morning, as early as 7am but the timing can vary. Lastly we have garbage pick up on Fridays and you won’t have to deal with that because our concierge service includes picking up the garbage cans in the morning and returning them after the garbage pickup has occurred. brbrAnother monthly service we have at the house is pest control which greatly reduces the bugs in and around our house. That said, this is the valley, and we can not completely avoid the potential for bugs. This is our second home in the area and it has thus far proven to be relatively bug free.brbrBeyond bugs, another thing about the Coachella Valley you should know about is the possibility of wind & sand. Whenever the temperature changes dramatically from one day to the next there is a good chance of a wind storm blowing sand everywhere in its path. This mostly occurs in the fall and spring and carries the potential of making a mess of the pool until the next pool cleaning day.brbrOur pool is both heated and cooled and is configured to maintain the temperature between 82 and 94 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). This means that the heater will first start up at 9am and if the water is below 82F degrees it`ll start heating it and will stop once it hits that temperature. Depending on the weather conditions this may happen in the morning, later in the afternoon, or in some cases it may be too cold and stay below 82 degrees. On hot days the water temperature will rise above 94 degrees and many people will no longer enjoy being in the pool at those temperatures so that`s when our heater becomes a cooler and tries to keep the temperature from rising above that level. We personally love a 93 degree pool but 95 or 96 is too warm.brbrSpeaking of the pool, we want to make you aware of our pool access alarms. All doors that exit to the pool area are equipped with a pool guard alarm system to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the pool, especially children. The pool guard alarm system will sound whenever someone enters the pool area without pressing the bypass button strategically placed beyond the reach of young children. It can take a little while to get in the habit of avoiding unintentional alarms but we hope you agree the value of this protection exceeds the potential inconvenience.

Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.brbrPet-Friendly Accommodations: brWe welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.brbr2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.brbr3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.brbr4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.brbr5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.brbr6. No more than 6 vehicles allowed.brbr7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.brbr8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.brbr9. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.brbr10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
