There is plenty of parking available for on our property, please do not park on the street. There is a separate $42 Entry pass per car, which is payable at the front gate (staffed 24/7, no need to worry about late check-in) upon entry. The Pine Mountain Lake main gate/guard kiosk is located at 19228 Pine Mountain Drive. The pass is good for your entire stay up to 7 days, note that this fee goes to the PML association and grants access to many amenities that this community offers. The entry fee is NOT included with your nightly rate. Please visit the PML website to see the amenities, calendar of events and more infobrYou will have to provide names of all drivers to the host, ahead of time so they can be added to the guest list. At the front gate they will need to show their ID to gain entry.brPlease note that on the weekends and Holidays renters are not allowed to park at the Marina in busy summer months, however there is plenty of street parking close to Marina.brWe have two kayaks (1 person and 2 person kayaks) located on the Marina beach rack. This is a gated community (entrance fee is per car, see Rental Agreement for fee). The home is semi private on one acre and 1.2 miles from the marina. The community offers many activities which include a golf course, pool, shooting and archery range, equestrian center, marina (boat and kayak rental) and tennis or pickle ball courts. Check at the front gate for specific fees that apply.brbrTake a relaxing stroll along the lake, walking distance to trails and the lake.brbrThe great room is very large with an open concept that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room and has bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings with lots of windows and 2 sets of French doors that let in natural sunlight. Relax on the large leather sofa and over sized chair with ottoman, read a book across from the fireplace for that calming ambiance or enjoy family time watching a movie on the 65 flat screen smart tv that offers Netflix, Paramount +, Hulu, Disney +, HBO MAX and Peacock. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. There is a 4 slice stainless steel toaster and Vitamix blender. The coffee station just off the kitchen offers a traditional Black and Decker coffee maker as well as a Keurig, pour over and a French press . The dining area has seating for 6. There is plenty of space to enjoy board games or to work on a puzzle. If you can’t unplug, the home does have wireless internet service and offers good cell phone reception.brbrThe chalet offers 3 bedrooms with well-appointed sleeping for 6 (a 7th guest is allowed at an additional fee per night, see Rental Agreement) There is also a full size air mattress available upon request for the 7th guest, which is considered the 4th bed. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, 2 large closets and an ensuite that is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house is within the walking distance from the main lake marina.brThe spacebrThe home is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The bedrooms have cozy beds and the living room has a comfortable full size futon. Extra mattress stored in the master bedroom closet. A foldable porta-crib, extra pillows and blankets are stored in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom closets. There are 2 full size bathrooms.brbrThe kitchen is equipped with many necessities to cook your favorite meals. You can also grill on the propane BBQ and eat out on the deck.brbrA ping pong table is downstairs in the garage.brbrFeel free to relax and unwind or take advantage of all the things to do including, but not limited to: Yosemite National Park, Pine Mountain Lake, hiking trails, golf course, archery range, fishing, horse back riding, gun range, community pool, ping pong, boat/kayak rentals, tennis, playground, and historic downtown.brbrSip your coffee on the deck and soak in your surroundings. You will most likely get a visit from the neighborhood deer. THIS IS 1 OF THE ONLY FENCED IN YARDS IN THE PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE COMMUNITY. Please note: There is a one time $44 fee per car payable at the entrance to the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. The pass is good for 7days and will give you access to all PML amenities including the pool. This is a fee of the HOA not ours. This fee is paid by all vacation renters no matter what home is rented in the community.
