Once in the house, visitors will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms all on one level. Front deck has fantastic views of the bay. The back deck includes a hot tub and gas Weber BBQ. Parents can choose to keep the pool area unlocked or locked based on preference. Please note that we have a remote for guests to use that will heat the spa in about 15 minutes. This remote is ONLY for the spa. We remotely heat the pool to 80 degrees. However, between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am., the heating of the spa will be unavailable due to the pool filtration system being on. Please be care when entering the pool, the steps are tile and are slippery. There is a handrail to use when entering the pool. brbrThere are 3 security cameras onsite, located at points of entry. Tampering with the cameras could result in the immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. Enjoy views of the stars in the dark sky from the private hot tub. 2 bedrooms and baths are on the top floor. All beds are queen sized to help you drift away to sleep as you listen to the waves. We have resident sea lions that hang out in front of the house and can be seen frolicking throughout the day! At certain times we live on property in separate private quarters with a separate entrance. It is our part time residence. When you send an inquiry for specific dates we can tell you if we will be there at that time. Even then, you will still have the 2 beds/ 2 baths/kitchen / living room/ deck/ fire pit/ BBQ grill and hot tub all to yourselves. brWHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: Wifi and cell signal is spotty in this area and is not guaranteed for your stay. At times there may be limited or no wifi access, which can be nice to relax and unplug sometimes. Verizon cell service typically is very strong but other carriers may not work throughout the town. To access beach you have a 1-2 minute drive, or you can walk down the driveway and down a steep hill to the sand. Please ask any questions you have before booking.

Our minimum is 28 hours between rentals to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitation. We follow CDC guidelines which includes wiping down all commonly touched surfaces including lockbox, door knobs, light switches, TV controls, bath and kitchen fixtures, etc. Every countertop is disinfected with a spray sanitizer and allowed to air dry. We, of course, leave it up to the guests to follow their own guidelines as far as masks, social distancing, etc.brbrAbout a 10 minute walk to the beach! A single level house situated on a quarter acre lot with great privacy. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is equipped for serious cooking. Comfortably furnished home with new Hot Springs hot tub and loungers on the large deck offering views of the ocean and Bodega Head. brbrMandolin Wind is ideally laid out for two couples or a small family. Generous master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath and 36 TV. The guest bedroom has queen-sized bed, 36 TV and adjacent bath. Top quality linens, hair dryers, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron are all provided. brbrThe kitchen includes a great gas stove for the cook, slab granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances, including a wine refrigerator. Next to the well-equipped kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six. You will also find a wonderful selection of cook books and elegant artwork throughout the house. brbrThe large living room features a gas fireplace, high ceilings, 50 HD TV and DVD player with internet connection. There are many windows and sliding door leading to the deck with hot tub and lots of space for relaxing. Each bedroom has it's own state of the art 50 inch 4KHD flat screen tv and the living room has a 70 inch 4KHD flat screen tv with available cable and high speed internet connection, The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area has large appliances and the home has an 8 person hot tub that is professionally cleaned once a week, pool table, game table and both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating available. brWe take pride in replacing pillows and sheets every few months. The hot tub is serviced every single week.
