There is no access for fishing, swimming, or boating at Lake Lucerne. The lake is a spring fed stream with a hand laid limestone dam. (We assume that the founders didn't like the sound of Pond Lucerne, therefore, it has always been referred to as a Lake.) We do live in the same neighborhood as this home so you will see us waving as we drive by or meet us on the shores of the lake.brbrbrbrMobility is required to navigate the home with stairs to the main living area and to navigate the yard and lake access. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.
